Once an entry is made in the primary book, for example, Chitta book, it is automatically entered in the subsequent books such as cashbook, posting register etc. When the Shoroff receives the payment on account of taxes, miscellaneous licenses and miscellaneous receipts, the entries get affected in all the respective registers such as Miscellaneous License register, Miscellaneous Receipts Register, Miscellaneous Demand Register, Town Planning Register, Animals and Vehicles, Taxes, Library Cess and Educational Tax as well as Chitta Book.
